Stanley Rockefeller

Rowan Mills: Stanley Rockefeller who has been 
a patient at Penetang for many years passed away Wednesday, 24 Feb 1960, after a lingering illness.

He was born at Rowan Mills 75 years ago, and is 
survived by his wife, the former Phoebe Randall, 
five sons, Charles, Walter, Victor, Harry and Stacey, 
all of Walsingham, two daughters, 
Mrs. Allan (Kathleen) Ball of Kingsmill, 
Mrs. George (Doris) Leguee of RR1 Walsingham 
and 14 grandchildren.. 

Three sisters, Mrs. Wilfred (Fanny) Hodkins, and 
Mrs. James (Jennie) Jones, both of Aylmer, 
Mrs. William (Eva) Breen of Toronto, one brother, George Rockefeller, RR1 Walsingham, also survive,

A brother Ralph passed away several years ago.

Mr. Rockefeller was a veteran of World War I when he was shell shocked and has been in poor health since.

Mr. Rockefeller is resting at C. L. Clark's Funeral Home in Port Rowan.
