A lightly edited partial transcription of the Waterford column on page 2 of the 27 Dec 1917 issue of Simcoe Reformer newspaper.

The remains of the late Adeline Taylor, relict of Louis [sic] Taylor, who departed this life Friday 22 Dec 1917
at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. C. Kaufmann of Hagersville, were brought to Greenwood Cemetery for interment on Monday, 24 Dec 1917.

The services were conducted by Rev. H. Caldwell of Waterford.

Mrs. Taylor, who was in her 79th year, was a resident
of Waterford for a number of years before going to Hagersville, after Mr. Taylor died.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Kaufmann of Hagersville and Mrs. Ward Foster of Brantford, and
a number of grandchildren, to who the sympathy of
their many friends in this community is extended.
