issue of Simcoe Reformer. A similar item appeared on page 5 of the 12 Dec 1918 Waterford Star.

The remains of the late Edgar Francis Quinsey, aged 34, arrived in Waterford Friday night last from Lethbridge, Alberta, near which place he had succumbed to the ravages of influenza.

The body was accompanied by the widow, the father and mother. One brother arrived in advance to make arrangements for the burial, which took place from Wilcox's undertaking parlors, Saturday at 1 p.m.

The deceased was a member of a Masonic Lodge in Alberta, and at the request by telegram of that Lodge, the funeral was conducted by the Masonic brethren of Wilson Lodge No. 113, A.F. and A.M., assisted by Rev. J. B. More.

The father of the deceased is a brother of Mrs. J. Hamilton Smith of Townsend Centre. Dr. Clendon Smith of Toronto attended the funeral.

To all the sorrowing relatives the sincere sympathy of a wide circle of friends is extended. Interment took place in Greenwood Cemetery.
