L. A. Mitchener, B.A.,
principal of the Ridgetown Collegiate Institute, has been made
public school inspector of Haldimand, in which county he formerly
taught school at Selkirk and Caledonia.
He is a son of the late
Henry J. Mitchener of Clear Creek, where he was born, and where he
taught school for five years in early life.
