MRS. ROBT. McCOOL

Word was received in this place on Thursday night last
of the death of Mrs. Robt. McCool at Hamilton after an illness of less than a week.

Upon receipt of the telegram, Mr. J. W. McCool, her nephew, took the first train to Hamilton, where he remained till Monday.

She had been assisted down the stairs on the Sunday previous and during the afternoon seemed to have a slight stroke. She became gradually weaker and died
on Thursday.

Mrs. McCool was married to the late Robt. McCool about 1876 and resided on the farm west of this place for some 15 or 20 years.

After the death of her husband, she lived with her son in London for about a year, and went to Hamilton to keep house for her brother, Mr. W. H. Cliff.

She lived in Hamilton previous to coming to this place.

Deceased had a host of friends in this place and Simcoe, who sincerely regret to learn of her death and extended their sympathies to the bereaved family.
