 A lightly edited transcription of a page 6 item in the 15 Nov 1917 Simcoe Reformer newspaper.

The death occurred at his home in Vittoria after 
a short illness of Albert Forrest in his 68th year.

The funeral took place yesterday from his late 
residence to the Baptist Cemetery, Vittoria.*

He is survived by his wife and a family of 
four sons and four daughters: 
Nelson and James, who live in Charlotteville, 
Bruce at home, and 
Lorne, whose home is in Windham; 
Mrs. A. Wood of St. Thomas, 
Mrs. Wm. Beemer of Villa Nova, and
the Misses Jessie and Jennie, at home.

 

* We found no stone for Albert in Vittoria Baptist Cemetery.
   There is a stone for Albert in Simcoe's Oakwood Cemetery, .
