Death of Benson Dilts

Benson Dilts died at his home in Middleton, a short distance west of Delhi, on 5 Sep 1917, aged 61 years, after an illness of two years, endured with much patience and fortitude.

He was born in Gainsboro, near Wellandport, and lived on the homestead for 37 years. Selling his farm, he went to Delhi 24 years ago.

He leaves a devoted wife and two sons, Roy of St. Thomas, and Charles P. of Welland, also three brothers, Palmer of Wellandport, Joseph of Pelham, and Harmon of Winnipeg.
