The funeral of the late Thos. Curtis, who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Arthur Columbus at Strathroy, takes place here Wednesday. Deceased was in his 89th year and had been in good health until about a month ago.

He is survived by six sons and three daughters: 
Charles and Albert of Wyecombe, Fred of St. Williams, 
John of Toronto, George of St. Thomas, 
Edward of Erie Pa., Mrs. Columbus of Strathroy, 
Mrs. McKibbon of Verschoyle, and
Mrs. Brackenbury of Port Burwell.

His wife predeceased him eight years ago. Mr. Curtis has been a lifelong member of the Baptist Church here.
