The Late Mrs. Chadwick

The death took place on Saturday morning, 28 Jul 1917 of Mrs. Samuel Chadwick at her late home on Norfolk Street. 

Mrs. Chadwick was born in Simcoe nearly 79 years ago and was the daughter of the late Robert Brown of Simcoe,

She was the last surviving member of a family of six. The late Mrs. A. Y. Polley of Simcoe, the late Mrs. Thomas Murphy of Orillia, and the late Miss Margaret Brown 
of Simcoe were sisters, and two brothers, Thomas Brown, who died at Fresco, California about a year ago, and Walter Brown of Tillsonburg, who died last fall.

Her husband and two sons, 
Frederick S. and Samuel, survive.

The funeral took place on Tuesday afternoon to Oakwood Cemetery. 
The pall-bearers were: Daniel Matthews, 
Chas. McCall, Edward Matthews, 
W. P. Price, H. A. Carter and L. C. Gibson.
