Death of Mrs. John Gibbons
of LaSalette

Mrs. John Gibbons, a very highly respected resident of LaSalette, was called to her reward on Sunday, January 7th, at the age of 68 years.

Mrs. Gibbons had been in poor health for some years, but was not confined to her bed till the week before her death, when she was stricken with pneumonia.

Mrs. Gibbons was very widely known, having, with her husband, managed the general store at LaSalette before going to live on their farm near Bookton.

Mrs. Gibbons leaves to mourn her death her aged husband, an adopted daughter, Mrs. Roseheart, and two brothers, Charles and Henry McElhone.

The funeral took place on Wednesday to LaSalette.
