McCall Property Sold

The property owned by Mrs. Margaret McCall, widow of the late Thomas McCall, consisting about seventeen acres, situated just north of the High School, and one of the finest properties in town, passed last week into the hands of a local syndicate, whose intentions, we understand, is to subdivide the property at once into town lots.

We believe the new owners have in contemplation building a driveway along the eastern and southern limits following the course of the Lynn River, and also setting aside that portion of the property lying easterly of the river, for the purpose of a park.

The lands are already most desirably situated, and with these contemplated improvements, should make an excellent subdivision.
