Died.

Mabee. -- In Windham, on the 21st ult, of old age, Mr. Wm. Mabee, aged 88 years and 9 days.

Mr. Mabee was a native of New Brunswick, born June 12th, 1789, in Kings County, Parish of Kingston, N.B. 

He resided there until the 6th June, 1837, when he, with his family, removed to Canada, and settled on the place now known as the "Crysler Farm," Middleton, in this County, where he remained until the year 1845, when he removed to the Township of Windham, about 6 miles west of Waterford, where he resided until his death.

Mr. Mabee was always in good health, his eyesight was excellent, being able to read until his death without glasses. He was known as a straight-forward man in all his dealings, and was much respected by all who knew him.

His remains were conveyed to the Regular Baptist burying ground at Delhi, for interment, on Sunday 24th ult, followed by a large number of sorrowing friends and acquaintances.
