The Late Mrs. Elizabeth McCall of St. Williams

Mrs. Elizabeth Stacey McCall died at her home in St. Williams on Saturday (July 8th) after an illness which extended over several months.

She was a daughter of the late Geo. A. Killmaster, Esq., one of the prominent men of the past generation, and in her girlhood had all the social advantages which prominence in a new country can afford.

She married in early life and took up her residence in St. Williams, where she has lived a quiet, useful life, without show or ostentation.

She was an active member and staunch supporter of the Methodist Church, and her children followed in her footsteps.

One daughter, Miss Edith, survives her, and three sons, Clarence of Worcester, Rev. F. S. McCall of Alberta College, Edmonton, and Neil of Los Angeles, Cal.

Messrs. H. J. and C. S. Killmaster of Pt. Rowan are brothers, and Mrs. Clinton of Vienna and Mrs. Cook of Vancouver are sisters.

The funeral on Tuesday afternoon was very largely attended. The service was conducted by Rev. A. J. Crighton of Paisley and Miss Templeton-Armstrong of Port Rowan was very impressive.

No woman could be more honored in her own community that Mrs. McCall was all her life, and her children were a joy to her.

She was a willing helper in all good works, and a friend and comforter in sorrow and distress. Her sixty-seven years of life were not in vain. -- Port Rowan News.
