Died Suddenly

Mr. Cosford Howey, a well known resident of Townsend, died suddenly of heart failure on Monday night at his home at Grove Union. Mr. Howey was born in Simcoe in 1842, and at the age of fifteen moved to Boston, where he lived until a short time ago.

Those left to mourn their loss are three daughters and son, Mrs. Fred Barber, Grove Union, Mrs. Clarence Kettle, Wilsonville, Mrs. P. T. Galbraith, Elfrid, and Fred at home.

Also three brothers and two sisters, Geo. Howey of Vanessa, 
James Howey, Prince Albert, Sask., Wm. Howey, Vancouver, 
Mrs. Wm. Erwin, Woodstock, Mrs. Oliver Clark, Detroit.

The funeral will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
