Died in Windham

On Tuesday last there passed away in Windham township, near Teeterville, one of the oldest residents of the township in the person of Mr. John Hagerman, in his 80th year.

The late Mr. Hagerman was born in this country, and has been a resident of the above township since a boy, and for the most on the homestead, where he died.

In 1840 he married Margaret Hyndman of the same township, who still survives him, but at time of writing is in very poor health.

Mr. and Mrs. Hagerman were blessed with a family of six[,] three sons [and] three daughters, namely:
William living on a farm near the homestead,
Peter at Bookton,
John at Burford,
Sarah at home,
Mrs. John McKnight, of Norwich, and
Mrs. Roderick McDougall, South Norwich.
