Golden Wedding

Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Granger, of Waterford, celebrated their golden wedding, and also Mr. Granger's 80th birthday on Sunday, Nov. 30th.

All of the children were present. They are: Mrs. Ed. Connell, of Detroit, Mich.; Frank Granger of Waterford; Mrs. J. H. Flock, of Lynnville; Bert Granger, of Windham Centre; Mrs. O. L. Sovereiign, of Windham Centre, and Mrs. Arthur Roberts of Brantford.

Mr. Granger was born in Townsend, three and a half miles south-west of Waterford, on Nov. 30th, 1833, and has lived all his life in Townsend and Waterford. His wife, Charity Elizabeth Beemer, was born one mile north-west of Waterford, on Oct. 9th, 1842. They were married in Norwich on Nov. 30th, 1863.
