Death of Mrs. Peter Gilbert

Mr. Albert Gilbert returned Tuesday from Michigan, where he had been to attend the funeral of his sister-in-law, Mrs. Peter Gilbert.

Deceased was a sister of the late John B. Freeman, so long Norfolk's representative in the Ontario Legislature. She was born at Lynnville, Windham township, some 72 years ago.

She was married to Mr. Gilbert in 1868. They left Norfolk thirty years ago on the 28th  of last month, and had resided since that date at Sterling. 

She is survived by her husband and three children, one son John Edwin and two daughters, Mrs. John Trabbe and 
Mrs. Archie Knight. Her elder son, William, died in 1883, while a student at the Michigan Agricultural College.
