DIED.

COLLVER. -- At Dunlap, Iowa, on Sept. 21st, Mrs. Collver, relict of the late Ira Collver, aged 73 years.

The deceased lady was known to many of our readers. Her maiden name was Desire Brown. She was born in the State of New Jersey, October 11th, 1811, and was married to Mr. Ira Collver, in 1828.

She joined the Baptist Church in 1831, and was a faithful member of that Church, until 1882, when she joined the M. E. Church at Clarence, Iowa. This change was made because there was no Baptist Church preacher. She was a faithful Christian mother in Isreal.

On the 2nd July she left her home in Clarence, to visit her son, Gabrial Collver, who resides at Dunlap. Her visit was made and she was nearly ready to start for home when she was taken sick, and after an illness of three weeks [she] expired.

Her funeral took place at Clarence, the services being conducted by her pastor, and her remains rest by the side of her husband, who died March 1st, 1877. She was the mother of twelve children, eleven of whom are now living to mourn her loss.
