GEORGE EDWARD MORRIS
No. 797075 -- Former 133rd
man, whose home was in Charlotteville, near Tain. Reported killed
is a partial transcription of the Tain column on page 13 of the 26 Apr 1917 issue of the Simcoe Reformer.
The war has been
brought home especially close to us in the death in action of one
of our brave boys, Pte. George Morris; also in the wounding of
Pte. Bint. The deepest sympathy of the neighborhood is with the
bereaved ones, suffering in our nation's cause.
