PTE. VICTOR E. M. GREENLAND

796336 Private Victor Ernest Morgan Greenland of Lynedoch has been killed in action.

The following is a partial transcription of Lynedoch column on 
page 10 of the 13 Sep 1917 issue of the Simcoe Reformer.

Word has reached here that Pte. Victor Greeland [sic] has been killed in action. He was born in England and came to this country several years ago, being employed by James Reid. He was a general favorite in this community and a memorial service will be held in the Methodist Church on Sunday, the 29th inst.
