Sergt. Frederick W. G. Barnwell
 
Sergt. Frederick W. G. Barnwell of Waterford. Reported killed in action. Had lived in Waterford about three years before he enlisted. He was a member of the 133rd Battalion. His wife, his father and a sister reside in that village.

Mrs. Barnwell received a cablegram on Friday stating her husband had been killed in action. He left in November of last year with D. Co., 133rd. He had been a resident of Waterford about three years and on 21 Aug 1916 was married to Miss Bridget Hughes. His father and sister also reside here. The bereaved have the sincere sympathy of many Waterford friends.

In Memoriam

In loving memory of my husband, Frederick William George Barnwell, who was killed in action at Passchendale, 6 Nov 1917.
-- Sadly missed by Loving Wife, two sisters and an aged Father.
