Impressive Farewell to Middleton Men

Courtland, Oct. 11 -- The evening of Friday, Oct. 6th will be long remembered by many in Middleton, especially by those who have relatives and friends in Norfolk's Own, the 133rd Battalion, which leaves soon for overseas, it being the night of a public farewell to them in the township hall here.

Solos were sung by Miss Ethel Wilkinson, Miss Marie Logan and Rev. Mr. Trueblood.

Messrs. Kitchen, Ashford and May favored the audience with several instrumental selections.
