Surrogate Court News

May 19th -- Letters of administration of the estate of Harriet Johnson were granted to her husband Joseph Johnson. Estate under $400.

June 8th -- Letters probate of the will of Richard Dalton of Windham, yeoman, who died March 25th, were granted to William and Jas. Dent Dalton, executors of the said will. Estate valued at $60,000. C. E. Barber, solicitor.

May 23rd -- Letters probate of the will of Phillip McKim of Middleton, who died 17th April, 1891, were grated to Jeremiah Smith and L. H. Turnbull, executors of the said will. Personalty $1317. John Carruthers, Tilsonburg, solicitor.

May 18th -- Letters probate of the will of Andrew McInnes, of the township of Charlotteville, who died 5th April, 1891, were granted to Dr. W. J. McInnes, and Alex. McCall, two of the executors of the said will. Personalty $7,000. Realty not stated. Tisdale, Tisdale & Reid solicitors for the executors.
