Board of Instruction

At the half yearly meeting of the Board of Instruction for this County, held in the Union School House, Simcoe, on Tuesday the 29th, Wednesday the 30th, and Thursday the 31st of December, 1868, the following persons attended and obtained Certificates of Qualification as Common School Teachers:
