From the 3 Sep 1925 Simcoe Reformer:
"Crescents Win Trophy -- The final game of the Harrington Bros. Charity Cup football series was played last evening, the Crescents emerging victorious by a score of two goals to nil.  It was the fastest and best played match even seen in the Norfolk County League.  Angus Hall tallied the first goal 25 minutes after the start and Sidney Hoye made it two shortly after the second half opened when he booted the pigskin into the goalies hands and sent them both through between the sticks.  This is the third time the two aggregrations have clashed for the Cup, the other games resulting in tie scores ... the Crescents are to be congratulated on winning the Cup for the second successive year."

[The Crescents won all three soccer trophies, Molson's, Harrington's and League in 1926, the first time one team held all three simultaneously, according to the September 25, 1930 Simcoe Reformer.]
