From Stacey: I am the youngest grandchild of Betty Carter.
She married
Douglas Wagner. She died 16 Mar 1990.
I was only 1 year old when she died. She had
three kids:
Wesley, Patricia, and James Wagner. She was grandmother
to Shawn, Chesley and myself. She
was mother-in-law to
Kelly and Sam. I never got to meet her but my father
James
and my mother Kelly say she was a wonderful woman who
loved her
kids, her in-laws, and her grandchildren more
than anything. She was a sewer, an excellent baker.
She was a wonderful lady. From

The Betty Carter I identified is or was married to J. Bedford
and is still
alive. It is my opinion that 43-127 and 46-298
are
the same Betty Carter. Is anyone else of the same opinion?
