From Margaret: This is a picture of my father, J. Bruce Stadder. 
He attended Simcoe High School only for Grade 13 or Senior Matriculation. He lived with his grandparents, James and Lola Challand and had very fond memories of this time in his life. 
After graduation he returned to the family farm in North Walpole 
near Nelles Corners. Bruce served in the army during WWII. 
In 1947 he married my mother, Zelda Stadder. They had two 
children, Peggy and Rick. In 1964 our family moved back to 
Simcoe. Bruce worked at Canners Machinery for many years. 
He died in 1989.
