From Sarah, confirmed by her uncle Ron: This is my grandfather William (Bill) Cox, born 1917 in Simcoe, died 1989 in Simcoe. Mom [Bill's daughter Linda], remembers that Bill lied about his age to get his job there. (He would have only been 16/17 years old in this photo.)

4 Dec 1989 in Simcoe, leaving wife Ruth, son Ron, daughter Linda, and grandchildren. William was a retired supervisor at the American Can. He served in the R.C.A.F. during WWII.
