From Randy: Bette married Theodore (Ted) Fielder. She died several years ago, survived by Ted and four daughters, all living in the Mississauga, Ontario area. One daughter teaches at Ryerson.

Ted and Bette started CFRS 1560 AM, Simcoe's first radio station, in 1957.
