DANKO -- Maurice Sr., of R. R. 6, Simcoe passed away Tuesday, November 29, 1983 at Norfolk General Hospital in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Leola Smith. Dear father of Maurice Danko Jr., R. R. 6, Simcoe, Dennis of Hamilton, Richard of Woodstock, N.Y. and Terry of London. Dear brother of Frank of Vancouver, B.C., Reg of Bracebridge; Jean Haffey, Alyse Byers and Deanie Colomby all of Toronto. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren. Mr. Danko was a retired employee of Morse Chain. He is resting at the Baldock Funeral Home, 96 Norfolk St., N., Simcoe for visitation Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home, Friday, December 2nd at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Walsh Baptist Cemetery.

DANKO , Leola -- At Norfolk General Hospital on Wedneday, September 16th, 1987, Leola Madeline Danko of 309 Cedar Street, Simcoe, wife of the late Maurice Danko (1983). Dear mother of Maurice and Terry, both of Simcoe; Dennis of Hamilton; and Rick of Woodstock, New York. Daughter of the late Norman and Lena Easton Smith. Dear step-daughter of Lucy G. Smith of Walsh. Sister of Bill Smith of Simcoe; Mrs. Jean Tennier and Eunice Croteau both of Niagara Falls, Ontario. Predeceased by her sister Shirley Mudford. Also survived by 7 grandchildren. Leola Madeline Danko is at the Baldock Funeral Home, 96 Norfolk Street North, Simcoe where funeral service will be held on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Interment Walsh Baptist Cemetery, Walsh. Visiting hours 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Friday. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be appreciated by the family.
